• For project-based services, an advance payment is typically required before work begins.

• All payments are non-refundable once the work is delivered or initiated, except in the event of proven failure on our part.

5. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate project requirements, assets, and timely feedback.

• Delays in providing content, assets, or approvals may impact project timelines.

• You are responsible for the legality and ownership of all materials provided to us for the project (e.g., images, text, logos).

6. Intellectual Property

• We retain the rights to code, designs, and materials developed until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, the client’s rights to the final deliverables are transferred, except for any third-party tools, plugins, or software used.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

7. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., plugins, payment gateways, analytics, APIs) into your website or app. We are not liable for their updates, pricing changes, or service outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

• Data loss, business interruption, or other technical damages.

• Security breaches caused by external attacks, third-party software, or poor hosting practices are not under our control.

9. Termination

We may terminate a service or project if:

• The client breaches these Terms.

• There is prolonged non-communication (15 days or more).

• Payments are overdue beyond the agreed terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Murshidabad, West Bengal.
