AppsBrain provides website design, development, ecommerce, mobile, UI/UX and related digital services. Each engagement should have an agreed scope, deliverables, schedule and price.
Payments and project milestones
Project payment terms, deposits and milestone schedules are agreed in individual proposals or contracts. Work may be paused where agreed payments are overdue.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for giving timely feedback, accurate content, lawful permissions for supplied assets and required access to third-party platforms.
Intellectual property and third-party assets
Ownership and licensing of bespoke deliverables, and use of third-party software or media, are governed by the relevant project agreement and licensing terms.
Confidentiality and changes
Confidentiality commitments, requested scope changes and acceptance criteria should be documented in writing.
Warranty and limitations
Support and any limitation of liability are defined in the signed proposal or applicable service agreement. AppsBrain cannot guarantee particular third-party search rankings or platform availability.
